Features & Benefits

  • This sanitary three-piece ball valve offers simple and convenient operation. By rotating the valve stem 90°—using either a handle or an actuator—the valve can be opened or closed. The valve body is constructed from stainless steel, while the seat is made of PTFE, ensuring high levels of cleanliness and environmental compliance. The design eliminates internal dead zones (preventing fluid stagnation) and meets the requirements for CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilize-in-Place) processes. It is rated for temperatures up to 180°C and pressures up to 10 bar. Available with either welded or sanitary clamp connections, it is suitable for applications such as liquid cooling systems and water supply/drainage.
